My son is also very bright and is being brought up bilingual speaking English and Arabic. He went through a phase of stuttering when he was about two and it passed on its own. I think he had so many ideas he wast rying to express at once and used to get over-excited trying to put them all into words. All I could say is if you are really worried seek advice but it probably is just a phase when her speech can't keep up with all the ideas she is having.
