There are sand dunes and many opportunities for watersports along the way. At low tide you can walk from West Kirby to Hilbre Island Nature reserve in the mouth of the Dee estuary.

Land’s End, Cornwall RSPB Wildlife Discovery Centre 01392 432691From this cliff-top location, look through the powerful telescopes and, if you are lucky, you might see dolphins or even a basking shark.
