Taking your baby out to eat can be stressful. There's nothing worse than getting dirty looks if your baby so much as murmurs. So, join our campaign, nominate the friendliest eatery you know and help us create a Baby Friendly Britain!

We've teamed up with Mothercare to highlight the restaurants and cafés that are family friendly, and encourage others to sign up to our charter. Each month, three nominations will appear in Mother & Baby magazine, and the mum's who nominated them will win a £20 Mothercare voucher to spend on their little one. Their nominated eatery will also receive £50 worth of Mothercare vouchers, to help it become even more baby friendly.

What to include when you nominate:

• Your baby's name
• Your baby's age
• Name of eatery
• Address of eatery, including postcode
• Contact phone number and email address of eatery (if available)
• Why is your chosen eatery Baby Friendly?

If you do not provide your full contact details, (including address, postcode and telephone number) and the full contact details of your baby friendly eatery your nomination will not be accepted.
