Here at askamum, we’ve been doing our bit this week for Comic Relief by baking cakes and bringing them in to sell. So far we've managed to raise nearly £200 - that's a lot of cake eating!
But one askamum user went that extra mile and actually wore a red nose during her labour.
In an attempt to raise money for Comic Relief, Jodie went in to labour wearing a red nose.
Two hours and 50 minutes later their beautiful daughter Alice Daisy was born, weighing 6.8lb.
Proud husband Richard said his wife was very relaxed during the birth and had even said it was enjoyable.
Their new arrival joins their daughter Harriet who was born in March 2007.
Jodie is a stay at home mum and her husband has his own electrical company in Devon.
All the money they raised from the slightly unusual birth will be going to Comic Relief.
