Intelligent men have healthier sperm

A man’s sperm quality has now been shown to be an indicator of his brain power, according to a new survey.

Researchers found that men who scored highly in intelligence tests also had high counts of healthy sperm.

And, men who scored poorly in intelligence tests had fewer healthy sperm.

However the link between sperm quality and intelligence can not be taken in isolation and researchers said other factors such as weight and lifestyle also play a part.

The results are said to be significant, although more research needs to be done to determine how significant these findings are.
