We know that however many books you flick through, for some things only asking a real person will do! The askamum Wednesday Lunch Club is your chance to get advice from brilliant experts tailored specifically to you.

Every Wednesday, from 1pm on our Facebook page, you can chat to an expert who will be online to answer your questions however big or small.

You can even ask a question anonymously, just email us at admin@askamum.co.uk with the subject 'WLC' and we’ll ask it for you!

This week's expert is Pampers Village Parenting Panel Sleep expert, Wendy Dean.

Wendy Dean is the founder of Baby Sleep Answers as well as a busy mother to four children; Ben, nine, Caitlin, eight, and identical twin boys Ewan and Joseph aged four.

Wendy graduated from Manchester University in 1998 with a PhD and in 1999 Wendy’s first child, Ben, was born.

She quickly joined the ranks of sleep deprived parents and felt that she was not getting the help she needed to encourage her son into a healthier pattern of sleep.  Using her academic skills, she researched the most popular techniques to help children sleep and finally found a way that worked for Ben and for her.

Three children later, she wrote and published The Baby Sleep System. To date, The Baby Sleep System has helped almost 5,000 families overcome their children’s sleep problems.

As well as appearing on television, Wendy frequently contributes to some of the UK’s leading parenting magazines including Mother & Baby, and advises Pampers on sleep issues with bespoke, tailored advice for mums.

So join us on our Facebook page this Wednesday and post your question on our wall from 1pm to have it answered by Himalee! To ask a question anonymously, just email us at admin@askamum.co.uk with the subject 'WLC' and we’ll ask it for you!
