Has anyone read a book called Contented Little Baby Book? Having my first baby in May and a tiny bit scared that once baby arrives I won't know what to do and I'll be useless! A friend has recommended getting Contented Little Baby Book, as it helps first time mums get into a routine etc. Has anyone read it? Or has anyone used it?

hi, im a first time mum to a 4mth old baby boy and although i haven't read the book you mention, i can recommend a very good book thats worked very well for me its called 'your baby week by week' , iv found it very useful as it tackles every problem that iv come across as well as dealing with the weekly milestones and getting baby into a routine. now iv got a very contented baby that sleeps from 8pm till 6am every night and naps regularly during the day and this book has helped me achieve that, hope this helps.
