My 19 month old son is a very happy boy. However when in the nude for a bath or nappy change he suddenly becomes very scared, anxious and starts to cry and shake until dressed again. My other son who is now five used to love being the nude as a toddler. I am really worried.

Maybe he's cold? My son used to scream after a bath till we figured out he was just chilly! Now we make sure the bathroom is wam and toasty and undress / dress him in there so he's fully clad before we venture out into a normal temperature room.
