My 13 week old son seems to constantly have a blocked up nose. It's worse when he wakes up in the morning, but he's still very nasally throughout the day. I've tried putting drops on to a blanket and holding it close to him, but it doesn't seem to work. I don't think it's a cold, as he seems well in himself and is breast feeding ok. I would just like some advice on whether this is normal and or what i can do to help him.

Hi there, My son months old and has a constantly blocked nose which is worse at night. The doctor just keeps telling me to put saline drops in his nose which does clear it for a short time but he gets really upset when we put them in so we are looking for another solution. We have bought a humidifier and put it on in his room all night which seems to really help as apparently dry air in the house (if the heating has been on) can make it worse. Hope this helps a bit?
