My son is five months old and has always been swaddled during his naps and overnight, but I know that we can’t swaddle him forever and I have some concerns. Obviously I'm worried that he won't sleep as well, but I've also noticed that he rolls over in his cot when not swaddled and can't roll back. I'm worried that he'll suffocate! He doesn't sleep in our room now so I'm not close at hand overnight. Does anybody have any tips to help keep him on his back until he is more confident with his rolling?
