phi, i had a homebirth in may, my baby was born in our bedroom, there wasnt time to get in the pool. as for tips id say shower curtains come in very handy!!/p

Hi, I had my second daughter and home and it was a fantastic experience. If you've had an uncomplicated pregnancy then I think it's a great option. It's thought women cope better in familar surroundings. I was dancing to MTV whilst having contractions!! Have you discussed with your midwife? Mine was really positive and luckily she was on call when I went into labour and delivered my daughter.
