Will having diarrhoea cause contractions or possibly premature labour? I had it with my son seven years ago, and it caused me to have contractions that started me dilating! I’m only 26 weeks pregnant this time and worried!

it can in extreme cases, id see your MW if you need advice as to what to take for it, i know they constantly change the list of things you can take in pregnancy, check just to be safe.
