I’m 35 weeks pregnant & my baby has dropped. It almost feels like the baby is going to fall out. How long after this happens does labour come? Does it look like baby will come early?

You have my sympathy! I remember that feeling and it is so uncomfortable! Good luck with the labour and birth!

my daughter was really low before her due date and my midwife thought she would be early, but infact she decided to prove everyone wrong and came 16days late and after 3 3days of slow labour!! i guess she just didnt want to come out haha!!!

Its so funny I was going to write a message asking if anyone else has a Really low lying baby! My whole pregnancy I have said this one feels really low, and now the head is engaged it does feel like he's just going to 'drop out' like you say! And back pain, and achey legs seem to go hand in hand with it! I've always said I thought this little one would be early (my first son was 3 days over), but Im 39 weeks on sunday, and he seems pretty comfortable so far! Heard humid, 'heavy' weather can bring on a baby-so we shall see what happens with the rain supposedely on the way?!.. x
