We love it because: ‘It’s always been there for us. And the vast majority of us will pass through its doors at some point or another. But we wouldn’t have been looking for on-trend, wallet-friendly maternitywear – until now, that is. 2009 saw Mothercare make a massive investment in its maternity fashion – and, wow, has it got it right. M2b, the relaunched range, is just what pregnant women are looking for – from basics to partywear it’s just trendy enough to get heaps of wear during your nine months (in which fashions will come and fashions will go) and great quality – making the eminently reasonable prices easily justifiable,’ says P&b’s editor Ellie.
