A bowl of cereal should contain your RDA of vitamin B6 (1.2mg) which has been shown to double the chances of conception. What’s more, the study also revealed the vitamin plays a key role in warding off miscarriages and premature birth. 5years is how long it could be before scientists are able to produce fully functioning sperm cells grown from men’s bone marrow. The new procedure gives hope to men with low sperm counts, and is welcomed by pro-life groups who see it as an alternative to stem cell generated sperm.The lowdown on… early pregnancy symptoms1.
